Accurate ping time measuring

Are you looking for an accurate way to measure the transit and return times of a ping?

Like us, you probably use ping to measure the round-trip time between two endpoints.
And in most cases that is good enough. But is the route from destination A to B the same as the return path the ICMP packet takes?
Not necessarily so!
