Even though firmware 8.1.0 is not GA until the end of July, the Peplink team has already given us a sneak peek of one new feature that will be added to firmware 8.1.1.
Peplink introduced OpenVPN Server support in firmware 8.0.
Since then, there have been a lot of requests to add OpenVPN Client support as well.
The announcement for OpenVPN client mode support is great news for a lot of Peplink vendors.
This is one of the reasons why we love working with Peplink.
If a new feature is requested on the forum, and if it receives enough support from the community , it will be added to the already impressive list of features on Peplink routers.
